You will need:
* Cardboard
* Compass, or two circular items you can trace around.
* Wool
* Scissors
Charlotte wants everyone to know that she's the most awesome Pom Pom maker though and not to mess with her or else!
Im afraid Im going to have to see a Blue Peter Style 'Here's one I made earlier' to realise that fake Manolos can be achieved...my pompom skills haven't been exercised for a good 10 yrs...
