She may have cut out a few naughty treats in order to tone down to her new more slender figure but that doesnt mean that Charlotte doesnt neglect herself enough to deprive her of some much needed R&R.
The Welsh singer was spotted leaving the Andrew Lloyd Webber "Over the Rainbow" Talent show this weekend with a glass of white wine in her hand. Charlotte went strait to meet BF Gavin Henson at a London Hotel.
After the Scandal she caused last week for taking up smoking again (she quit in 2006) we're worried she might get mobbed by the press again for living a hectic lifestyle.
